Thanks but I had tried the Giant site before joining several bike Yahoo groups. Their web site offers no real contact info. I've contacted several Giant USA dealers and have received no help. Each Giant group works independently of each other and will not offer any help in contacting another group. After I spoke to "Giant USA" the only help they could offer was for me to try and contact a Giant dealer in the Netherlands or Belgium which I've also done and have received no help or response from, for that matter. So much for thinking I was buying a "world wide" bike while in Europe. very frustrating.
Dona in Guam (the end of the world, it seems)

Try going to the source. I did a search at msn for giant bicycles
and got the website for Giant. Thet should be able to help you
loacte any parts or may have them in stock. Try this link. There are
all sorts of links on the site for support or for parts.

Hope this helps.
