Gah, I can't believe that it's been this long since I've checked my
yahoo groups...
I have a desk job, but I'm a smoker and walk about a mile to the
smoking area of the building a few times a day. (Yeah, I know I
should quit...either the job, smoking or both.) My ride is short...a
little less than 6 miles each way, but I don't get out of work until
almost midnight. I think that's a significant part of the exhaustion.
I'm getting to work during what passes for rush hour here, and then
leaving in the dark.
