found on the net. I was surprised that parts were readily available
and construction was so simple. I used the light through last summer
and winter with great success. The bulb is a 20W 12v halogin and the
housing is a neopreme pipe coupling. With battery it cost me about
$35.00.
There are a number of plans for lights on the net. I found mine
under "petes bikelite".
