what I find works kind of well is consciously trying to get super-hydrated prior
to riding. So, say, an hour before, drink a bunch of water, 40-50 ounces. till
my last piss of the day is very clear. Then I seem to ramin hydrated better
throughout the ride, less need to drink on the bike. works well for running
too.
