Thanks, Brian. General concensus -- it is legal at most Summer Biathlons in
USA/CAN except the nationals.

The Savage webpage claims the trigger is adjustable from 2-1/2 to 6 pounds.

minimum trigger weight is off the top of my head, but I could look in the IBU
