Thanks, Brian. General concensus -- it is legal at most Summer Biathlons in
USA/CAN except the nationals.
The Savage webpage claims the trigger is adjustable from 2-1/2 to 6 pounds.

If it is below minimum weight, then I would say it could not be used at
Nationals. I would make sure that it has a legal trigger. I don't know what the
minimum trigger weight is off the top of my head, but I could look in the IBU
rule book and give you that information if you wanted it. Good luck.
