I am looking for some help from everyone. While not a biathelete, I
am switching disciplines into the Smallbore realm from IPSC and IDPA.
I am seriously considering purchasing an Izhmash CM-2 or a Izhmash
Ural 5-1. Does anyone have any experience with these rifles? I am
finding very limited information online for them. The CM-2 is for
sale new for about $475 and I believe would be a good starting point.
I am not averse to going up a bit more if it makes more sense in the
long run. Are there other recommendations that others may have? I
just can't afford to step up to an Annie or an FWB at this point which
is what I would really love to have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
