That summer biathlon is run by USBA is an absolute joke. They don't
do a single thing but cash your check for the membership dues. Their
web-site doesn't even list the summer biathlon races. The sooner
summer biathletes form their own group, the better. USBA has almost
driven the sport to extinction.
