For my Izhmash rear site, I have cut a mouse pad for a blinder. You
can get them rather cheap and in any color you want. I cut the hole the
same size as the threads then stretched it over the next non-threaded
part, then screwed in the rear aperture. Custom size and shape and
flexable, it work great!
