Hrm... might not be IBU spec but i think the restrictions are specific to the event. There are world cup rules and olympic rules and they're different. Though...

Hi Ron, It is listed in the IBU rulebook, a whole section dedicated to where and how large advertising can be on the rifles. I have not committed it to memory...
