I read some info in the IBU rulebook that has an extensive details about how to
properly
measure "commerical markings" of all different shapes. What is not clear is what
size is
allowed. It only states "technical specs for size of commercial markings will be
decided by
the EB each spring and published in the IBU biathlon calendar."

I also realize, as others have mentioned that it probably doesn't matter. I have
no dreams
of one day competing on the World Cup, Olympics, World Championships, or
anything
close to it. But I am having the stickers made for our new club, and eventually
maybe a
club member will make it to an event where such rules would be enforced.
