While I am not personally involved with the event, I am pretty sure
this is one of those "We will sanction you if you do all the work to
make it happen" situations.

All clubs should try to make it to Saratoga this winter and field a
team! We have great trails and famous hospitality. This is a great
idea and opportunity for the average citizen racer, so lets make it
a great event with participation!
