I saw a copy, and it definately appears to be written for competitive racing &
training.

I got a copy years ago when the USBA actually did something. It was okay but most of the skiing tips were still for classical skiing. The shooting was helpful...

I went ahead and purchased the book from Amazon, and it definately has been revised since then. Very up to date and appears to be quite in depth. I guessing...
