Not that anyone is dying for information about this subject, but I was
on the IBU site looking at the "Event Player" and in the Women's
Individual at the Olympic Games it looks like images 10 and 11 suggest
that Uschi Disl was handed a drink on the course by a teammate. It's
a little hard to be completely sure as there isn't much context, but
it's close to a preponderance of evidence.
