Hello fellow biathlon enthusiasts,

'Special message urging you to make sure you get your ballot in to vote on
the proposed USBA By-laws. Apparently, as of now, not enough members have
voted. I confess to being busy and putting it off till now. It is extremely
important, if you are a USBA member, that you vote. Attached is the ballot.
Print it and fax it to (802)654-7830 if you have not already done so. The
deadline is Noon, Monday, March 13, 2006. This vote is very important to the
future of our organization and what it provides for all of us.
