The only place I've had luck with in getting parts for the
Lakefield/Savage is Numrich Gun Parts. Their phone number
is 866-686-7424 (toll free) and they have a website -
www.gunpartscorp.com. This was the only place I could find
replacement magazines. If you have the part number of
the cover they should be able to look it up quickly. Even if you
don't they were able to look up the magazine part number for me
after giving them the rifle type and serial number. The person I
spoke with was very helpful and patient (unlike Savage).
