cold weather accuracy of Izmash Bi-7-4 Biathlon rifle   Message List

Hi, can anyone verify the accuracy of these rifles in very cold
weather e.g. <-15 C. I am considering buying one that was returned
because of very poor cold weather performance. The rifles ship with a
cold temp test target, so I (optimistically) suspect that the barrel
was contaminated with too much oil or the wrong ammunition was used.
Any Ideas ?
