Welcome to the club.
The best place to start is the United States Biathlon Association web
site. The USBA site contains a listing of all the races in the US.
Currently the list is a little small because the clubs have not set
thier schedules yet. By May there should be a full schedule. If you
live in the Canada the national association should have a list of
events. I also recommend surfing the links in the bookmarks section
of this site. There are usually useful tidbits hidden here and there.
Allen's biathlon site (www.biathlon.net)has a variety of good
information for beginners. Also don't hesitate to ask questions
here. The only way we all get better is by sharing information.
