rain. We will offer this clinic on Saturday, Nov 15th instead.

handling skills are the foundation to every other cycling skill. If you
or someone you know is interested in getting
started or increasing
confidence on the bike this is the clinic!
We'll cover topics such as basic skills for riding including, gearing, shifting, braking, clipping in and out,
drinking and eating on the bike, riding in groups, auditory cues, cornering etc..
Other topics covered include equipment, accessories, bike fit, safety, beginning a
cycling routine, local cycling resources, etc.
This
will be a fun and challenging way to quickly improve your cycling
foundation!
