I got it...We commuter types revel in traffic jams where motorists sit, waiting in grid lock while we go merrily on our bicycle way. Traffic jams are justice for the commuter cyclists. My favorite spot on my commute is "J" Street by CSUS. It sometimes backs up under the railroad tracks and beyond. It doesn't slow me down a bit while I'm grinning ear to ear just like the cyclist in the last panel of the cartoon.
