Kevin was a bicycle person in Sacramento. He was a former president of sac bike
hikers, ran the Pardee Party, member of Sacramento Bicycle Advocates and was a
member of the Bike Friday Society. For those who may have known him or wish to
honor others with cancer or who have died of cancer you may be interested in
this ride.

Regan's Memorial Ride*Strong Ride

Description:
This ride is dedicated to the memory of our dear friend, Kevin Regan, whom we
lost to cancer on May 20 of this year, and to all who have succumbed to the
disease. The ride is also a celebration of those among us who have successfully
battled this great scourge. Meet at Five Points Shopping Center (see Ride Start
List for directions). Both routes stop at IHOP on Iron Point in Folsom; only the
long route will be swept. All riders are asked to PLEASE wear black-and-yellow
garments (LIVE*STRONG* brand if possible) and a LIVE*STRONG* yellow wristband,
and to ride as a group until the routes split at Folsom Blvd. We hope for a huge
turnout, and we're counting on you to make it happen! If successful, the ride
may be conducted annually. Come out and show your support!
