Hi John:

I apologize for not getting back to you.
I have been very busy up in Massachusetts taking care of my mother...things
become very challenging...Sarah and I really wanted to make this ride
tonight, however, the timing is not good. I sure hope you send our regards
to Patricia. Hopefully there will be other opportunities at a later time...

Take care and have a blast tonight...we will truly miss this ride!!

Best,
Rob

Hi Lori,

Thanks for the update.  What nights work best for you?

How do you feel about riding at night?    Patricia and I will be doing a ride tomorrow night on the Washington Secondary Bike Path with our full-sized tandem.  This isn't an official Bike Friday ride but you are welcome to join us.

The ride starts from the Big K at the Brewery Parkade off Rt10 in Cranston across the street from the Lowes.  Take Rt6/Rt10 from 95 and stay on Rt 10 South.  Take the Cranston St./Garfield exit after the Union St exit. near Tongue Pond.  Go left on Garfield Ave. and pass the Texas Road House & Lowes on the right and enter the Big K parking lot on the left.  We usually park near the path on the far right of the Big-K.

We'll try to start at 6 PM but traffic can be a problem driving back across Providence.   It is an out and back 20 mile round trip bike path with other traffic.  The route is fairly flat but there may be a bit of wind on the way back tomorrow.
You can call me on my cell if you have any questions.  (401)258-8828

Regards,
John

The weather is looking a bit cold and snowy but we can still have a
pot luck and birthday celebration for Patricia's new Bike Friday.
How does this weekend 3/12 or 3/13 look or would Sunday evening 3/20
work better?

We're working on it but yikes, is it cold and snowy here after AZ.

They are calling for another dump of snow this Friday, so we may just have to
have a bfclubri party first so Patricia can show off her new Friday.
