=v= A recent visitor to our city was a Bike Friday owner known
as Grrl Friday. I noticed an interesting pattern on the bottom
of her slippers, so I took a photo:

If you look closely, it's a 20 x 1.75 / 47 - 406 bike tread.
Such a tire's a bit wide for most Bike Fridays, but I think
a Pocket Llama could handle it.

=v= She got it from the Garnet Hill mail-order catalog. The
"saffron Gates" color is coincidental. :^)
