Well kansas city may be at the top but NYC still needs some help. I just got a ticket for not riding in the bike lane, mind you the bike lane I was not in was full of cabs and cars in front of the new yorker hotel on 8th ave. If I was a pushover I would just pay it but I plan on fighting it.
