Hey funsters, great to be back in nyc especially on my 46th birthday (I got no
problem with age, its all downhill from here). And also, as of yesterday,
getting my greencard approved. Not sure what that means but perhaps I won't have
to remove my bike shoes anymore when I go through the scanner!

Tomorrow I will bundle 5 tikits into a cab for a NY fashion week rehearsal, the
parade for designer Telfar (kind of mad max meets manga ...) is Monday. More
soon about this, though I was trying *not'* to update the bike friday website on
my birthday but this is corporate america :o)

I'm standing outside this promising little Asian bistro (with Cuban mójitos and
queasdillas and fish and chips on the menu too, go figure) called Zemi opened
just a month, right across from where I'm staying in Chelsea. Menu looks great,
wanna join me to celebrate life? *Fresh fruit* mójitos' I couldn't even get
them in Cuba! Might even go tonight!

Vamanos! Looking forward to riding with you folks again, planning to do the NY
century or part thereof... On a borrowed fashion designer tikit!
