congrats! have fun. it is a little hard and frustrating when you first do it -- but it gets  A LOT easier... take photos of the bike in the box so you know how to repack it. watch the video first and take notes. assemble the bike during hours when the Bike Friday help line is open -- you can call them and they are great. you can call me (917) 969-9654 if you are desperate.  enjoy!
