It's Lynette here at Bike Friday headquarters in Eugene Oregon.
I have noticed that members are slowly starting to join this message
board. Great! Every time a member joins a message is sent to the
moderator(s) who approves their membership.
I usually appoint someone to do this approval and as a fallback it
comes to me.
However, I am often away, and I'd like the clubs to be self-running.
Who would like to take on the task of being moderator?
It's not a big deal. When someone wants to join you get notified by
email. You then click a link and approve them.
We used to make memberships open so anyone could join at any time.
Unfortunately that opened the group up to Viagara spammers etc.
Please let me know if you're like to be the moderator.
