Personally, I think the team could use more females (so far, 4 guys and only 2 women!). Being older, from a non-traditional background, and pretty computer savvy, I think I can reach a lot of new people in our sport and bring those who are already in it together.
So please vote for me and pass the word on to others you know. I'll post a similar request on the YAK group shortly. This time voting lasts for a week (3/15-3/21) so there's much more time!
