Welcome to the Bike Friday Club of Eugene Message Board. Going for a ride and want company? Post suggestions here! ALL BIKES WELCOME - folding bicycles, travel bicycles, big-wheel bicycles, recumbent bicycles, tricycles - as long as it is a human powered cycle!

Ongoing activities are offered by Bike Friday's own Club, plus occasional special events (see below).

NOON FAST RIDE
Every lunchtime the staff of BF head out for a fast, 1-hour training ride. Bring along your big wheels and try beating us. All riders welcome. ...

Special noon rides:
- Tuesday social rides. Goes out separate from the fast ride. 16-20 MPH. First and third Tuesday of the month.
- Learn to ride fast Wednesday. Fourth Wednesday of the month. Want a little extra help to keep up with the race group? Ride with Hanz and Alan and learn to ride like a pro.
- Tandem Fridays. Tandems are welcome any day, but are particularly encouraged on Fridays. Singles welcome as well.

RIDE FAST WITH THE HUTCH'S GIRLS.
Summer - Wednesday 5.30pm, Winter - Saturday 9.30am.
Women-only ride, which leaves from Hutch's Bike Shop, 960 Charnelton St. 345-7521. The pace is brisk, but we stop and wait for people (mostly). Rides usually last around 2 hours in summer.
