"Safe and Enjoyable Cycling: Traffic Skills 101," sponsored by the League of American Bicyclists
When: 9 a.m.. to 1 p.m. , Saturday March 7 and Sunday March 8

Who: All cyclists, novice to advanced
What: Learn how to fix a flat tire, shift to the right gear; safely avoid dangerous objects and potholes, ride and safely maneuver in traffic, ride in all kinds of weather, day or night, your clothing options, the importance of the ABC Quick Check, and much more. Half the time will be spent in a classroom and half on bike. Bring your own bike and a water bottle. Fixed gear bikes will not be permitted for this class. Helmets are required. Course materials and workbook are provided.
