Hi All,
Hopefully this unpredictable weather is not keeping the Bike Friday
enthusiasts from a positive outlook for Sunday, July 25th. We will
ride unless a downpour. All size wheels are welcome so invite those
friends to join and see how the little wheels fly. Ride is planned
for West of the city to keep away from potential DNC (Democratic
Natiional Convention) traffic, activity, etc.
When: Sunday, July 25th, 2004
Time: 2:30 p.m.
Where: Nashua River Trail
11 mile (22 round trip) paved bike path.
Meeting at Ayer trailhead.
There is a commuter train--Fitchburg line; but bikes may not be
allowed at this time due to the DNC. (Democratic National
Convention).
Driving Directions:
a) Route 2 to exit 38-B
b) Follow Route 111 north to the Ayer Rotary
c) go halfway around rotary to route 2A
c) On Route 2A turn RIGHT after Ayer Center
e) take first RIGHT onto Groton Street
f) follow Groton Street to the trail parking lot on the right.
