Hi y'all,
I bought Ruth Kanagy's wheelset without asking enough questions. When
I got the wheels (20mm rim width) on my bike, I discovered my brakes
won't reach. So unless someone can tell me how to extend the reach of
my v-brakes, I've got to either let the wheels go or get different
brakes, which may not be possible with an AG anyway. I've been happy
with the brakes, so I decided to let the wheels go (they really are
pretty!) In case you didn't see or don't remember Ruth's post, here's
her description of the wheels from the Yak list:

*406 WHEEL SET* - Used only 6 months!
F. Hub - American Classic 24o Micro, Black
R. Hub - Shimano Capero 36o, Silver
Rims - Velocity Razor 36o (laced 24)
Spokes - Butted 184mm
$150 plus shipping.

She said she was selling them because she traded her bike in for one
w/451 wheels.

I'll sell them for $150 and consider the shipping tuition paid for a
lesson learned. I also have 3 presta tubes that I'll sell for $5 each.
I've put two of them on the wheels, but they've never been ridden
(kind of scary w/o brakes).

If I don't got a response locally, I'll post to the Yak, but I thought
I'd check locally first.
