Hi Everyone:  You will receive a notice from our yahoo group regarding a posting of last week’s round robin results.  Just follow the instructions for viewing. 

Thank you for your patience in getting the round robin tournament set up.  We are making great progress in getting started on time and virtually everyone (with a few exceptions in the groups with 7 players) played all of their matches.  We did have to turn some people away after we got started, but we thought this in the best interests of the club as we would rather not punish those that show up on time by making them wait for a few stragglers.

Please try to arrive and register by 7PM.  We will accommodate you if you arrive late and call us before 6:45PM.  Please make sure that you get the phone numbers for late call-ins (please call before 6:45 if you are going to be late and plan on arriving before 8:PM).  Your cooperation in this is greatly appreciated and will assure that we continue to get all of our matches in.

We would also like to thank everyone who helped put tables and equipment away last week. Everyone quit in time and help put things away.  We did a great job and the facility managers were very appreciative.  We greatly appreciate it when you are the last one to play on your table that you are responsible to put it away.
