Dear Tabletenniser’s,

    We had a slightly larger group of about 68 players this week and the stronger players returned. Division One which all players  were above 2100

was won convincingly by Johnny Huang with a 5-0 match record.

Division Two ,also a tough group, was rocked by a newcomer Leon Kwan with an impressive 6-0 match record.

 

PLEASE MAKE NOTE! BTTC will NOT be OPEN FRIDAY MAY 16^th due to re-painting of the gym by the city of Berkeley

 

   The table tennis tables we were trying to sell are now sold, so please no more inquiries.

We do not need to hear your life story and why you are late, just a clear and understandable mention of your name or names. We get sometime 20-30 messages and it is way too time consuming to retrieve them all!  

At the end of the night, People MUST put away their table…it only take 3-4 minutes and it makes it easy to close up at the end of the night.

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO ARRIVE EARLY! REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 6:50 SHARP! If you are planning to be late then call the Cell Phone Reservation Number:  (510) 587-3388 before 6:35 PM. If you call this latecomer's number, please make sure to pronounce your first AND last name clearly. For non-native English speakers it is recommended to repeat their full name at least twice. We do not guarantee spots in our Round Robin tournament to latecomers who only left undecipherable messages or people who misuse this line and do not show up to play. Please spread the word, IF YOU ARE LATE OR WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOUR LATE MESSAGE >> YOU WILL NOT PLAY THAT NIGHT!
