      This week the BTTC attracted 62 players and Mike Lee overpowered the top division, winning all of his matches and, finishing with a 5-0 record

Sam Lam surprised Division Two and topped the field with a tough 5-0 match record.

         I really appreciate the people who  arrived early and help set-up the tables and barriers… only we are still having some problems with people committing to 3-4 minutes to put away their table at the end of the night….. its not good that I’m begging people to help out at the end of the night….of course there are still quite a few who did help out and THANKS!   In the future I may assign people to put their table away and figure out some kind of penalty if they don’t…any ideas? Remember we are a volunteer organization, I donate many hours a week towards this clubs benefit, please contribute your few minutes!

We do not need to hear your life story and why you are late, just a clear and understandable mention of your name or names. We get sometime 20-30 messages and it is way too time consuming to retrieve them all!  

At the end of the night, People MUST put away their table…it only take 3-4 minutes and it makes it easy to close up at the end of the night. …..if we don’t get the equipment put away in a timely manner, then we could be charged more or even worse lose our venue! If we cannot do this in an honor system I’ll need to make assignments.

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO ARRIVE EARLY! REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 6:50 SHARP! If you are planning to be late then call the Cell Phone Reservation Number:  (510) 587-3388 before 6:35 PM. If you call this latecomer's number, please make sure to pronounce your first AND last name clearly. For non-native English speakers it is recommended to repeat their full name at least twice. We do not guarantee spots in our Round Robin tournament to latecomers who only left undecipherable messages or people who misuse this line and do not show up to play. Please spread the word, IF YOU ARE LATE OR WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOUR LATE MESSAGE >> YOU WILL NOT PLAY THAT NIGHT!
