Dear Tabletenniser’s,

          On a night with 73 participants (one no show) we had a few minor problems Two issues need mentioning.

 If you use the late call line to reserve your spot in our round robin, Please remember to keep your messages short.(under 30 seconds)

We do not need to hear your life story and why you are late, just a clear and understandable mention of your name or names. We get sometime 20-30 messages and it is way too time consuming to retrieve them all!      Secondly, an old issue, at the end of the night, people MUST put away their table…it only take 3-4 minutes and it makes it easy to close up at the end of the night. Last  night there were many tables left standing and only a few of us diligent volunteers had to put them all away…..if we don’t get the equipment put away in a timely manner, then we could be charged more or even worse lose our venue! If we cannot do this in an honor system I’ll need to make assignments. Ok enough scolding!

       Johnny Huang captured Division One with a 4-0 match record, even while missing one match. By the way I noticed the division one player pretty much ignored

My request to keep the warm-ups under one minute, that is probably why one match was omitted because of time consideration. Division Two was a tight battle as Joe Ching wins on games-won tie-break over Mark Ritter and Tony Carpentieri ,all achieving a 3-2 match record.

We do not guarantee spots in our Round Robin tournament to latecomers who only left undecipherable messages or people who misuse this line and do not show up to play. Please spread the word, IF YOU ARE LATE OR WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOUR LATE MESSAGE >> YOU WILL NOT PLAY THAT NIGHT!
