Dear Tabletenniser’s,

   We had a comfortable 68 players this week ,a few small glitches but things went relatively smoothly…

One reoccurring problem on our late reservation line is that a name somehow was on this week’s draw that was apparently called in last week.

I did not default him,; the results are  just a bunch of zeros There are a few ways to deal with this problem. PLEASE GIVE YOUR NAME (clearly spoken) and the DATE!

When using the Late-Reservation Line. Also Please Do Not Call the Late-Line Past The 6:35 DEADLINE! I’m asking our great volunteer Mr. Sterner if he can get our retrieval service to reflect the date/time of the recordings…more attempts to delete late messages will be needed too, another great volunteer, Anil  Dhupelia, is handling this area.

 

Just one more reminder…PLEASE REMEMBER To participate, you need to show up no later than 6:50 PM OR call the Cell Phone Reservation Number:  (510) 587-3388 before 6:35 PM. If you call this latecomer's number, please make sure to pronounce your first AND last name clearly…(also the date!) I am already enforcing strict time policy regarding permitting late entries! We cannot slow the entire tourney for two or three players!
