Dear Tabletenniser’s

   Another record turnout ,92 players (oh my!!) a few no shows which were defaulted Please do not reserve a spot and become a no show!

It makes the round robin less enjoyable and other players would love to have your spot!

PLEASE REMEMBER  To participate, you need to show up no later than 6:50 PM OR call the Cell Phone Reservation Number:  (510) 587-3388 before 6:35 PM. If you call this latecomer's number, please make sure to pronounce your first AND last name clearly…Next Week  I will start being stricter about not permitting late entries! We cannot slow the entire tourney for two or three players!

I  will close the entries if we ever reach 100!  So COME EARLY ,WARM –UP, SIGN-UP AND HAVE FUN!

We also need to start making each round robin section responsible for putting away their table(s)  at the end of their matches, this past  night four or five valiant volunteers put all the tables and barriers away…this is not fair..

If I cannot get more people to volunteer to help I may need to charge more fees to those who do not contribute at all! All it takes is a few minutes of your time and it is easier for everyone.!
