 CONGRATS

 

We have been having soaring attendance over the past few weeks. The Bttc continues to grow!

To accommodate such large groups I’m working on some group changes in the format of the round robin.

I feel  seven players on two tables doesn’t work well but still may have to use it on occasion. I plan trying five players on one table in the lower 4 or 5 groups

and keeping the 6 player format with two tables in all the higher divisions. We only have twenty tables and limited time (we Must have all equipment put away by 10pm)

so  I must continue to be proactive in accommodating this increasing attendance.

 

Another issue has been brought to my attention too. VOLUNTEERS!  We of course very much appreciate people who help out with setting up and putting away the tables and equipment.

I just need to ask more of you to help out! This is a great gesture for all of you who enjoy the low cost fun time you enjoy at a top notch club.

One more reminder! When using the Bttc Late Call-in  line, Make sure to clearly and audibly pronounce your name in the message, We need accurate information

to ensure a smooth draw. Thanks Again.
