The files for our website have now been moved to a new server. Unless you are paying careful attention to where your web browser is being redirected when you click on www.berkeleytabletennis.org , you won't notice any difference, however, and everything on the website looks the same.

 

This is probably the last email I will send to all of you, at least for a long time, since I, as most of you know, am leaving the country.

 

I am happy to announce that the club now has a new president: Mike Labins (the guy who has been announcing the Round Robin groups during the last months), who has promised to lead the club towards new heights. He can be reached by email on  mlabins@... or by phone: 510 - 658 7058

 

Although I am leaving the country, it is quite likely that I will come back and visit the club again, since my wife is going to stay in Berkeley, at least for half a year or so. It might also turn out so that I will move back to the Bay Area one day, but at the moment, that seems quite unlikely.

 

Finally, I want to thank all of you for having made my two years with the Berkeley TT Club such a great time! Being president for this club has been a true pleasure!

 

Keep up the good play and sportsmanship! I will miss you!
