Club ratings on the web? Thoughts?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #231 of 614 |
Dear BTTCers,

One of our regular players yesterday suggested me to publish the entire current club rating list on the webpage, and I realized that it might not be a bad idea. The point with such a list would be to make it easier for players who haven't played for several weeks to find out their current BTTC rating.

There are at least two ways in which this can be done; 1. The rating list could be published sorted after first name, last name. 2. The list could be presented in rating order, perhaps with position indicated for the top-50, or something like that. Our current database contains more than 330 names.

In any case, I don't think it would be necessary to publish such a list more often than once a month.

What do you think about this idea? Good? Bad? Comments? Thoughts? Other suggestions? Please use the guestbook on the webpage for your comments, if you want others to be able to see them, or reply directly to me.

Best,
Mattias
