Welcome to the Berkeley Table Tennis Club Group

We play table tennis every Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:45 PM and Saturady from 7:00PM to 10:00PM at the James Kenney Recreation Center, 1720 Eighth Street in Berkeley.

On Fridays, play is a formal round robin format that is based on the players' skill levels and their weekly performance. The fee is $5 for adults and $3 for juniors (16 and under) per Friday. Saturday is open play. To participate, you need to show up no later than 6:50 PM OR call the Cell Phone Reservation Number: (510) 587-3388 before 6:35 PM. If you call this latecomer's number, please make sure to pronounce your first AND last name clearly. For non-native English speakers it is recommended to repeat their full name at least twice.

Please show up on time as we are time limited and must stop play by 9:45PM.

We are guests of the City of Berkeley and they have given us a great rate for an excellent facility (gym with wood floor and good lighting) that holds 20 Butterfly centerfold tables!!!

We also have a Junior Training Program on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Space is limited and special fees are required. Please contact our club coach Bunny Lee (BL2100comcast.net) if you are interested.
