I just recently "inherited" a bentech bike. It did not come with handlebars or a
stem. I am interested in both underseat and overseat steering. What do I do for
handlebars and stem in both cases? Thanks.

Thanks Phil,

The front facing rack was what I was most interested in. Thanks for the
pictures. I'll see what I can come up with. I want to get the panniers
low and more or less under the seats as I've seen on some commercial bikes.

When I built mine I didn't think to incorporate bottle cage bosses. Now
it's powder coated so its a bit late. I found some nice bottle mounts
that used a cable tie like device to hold them on. Wish I could get some
more but they seem to have disappeared off the market.

Your bike looks very neat. Did you build it from scratch? Or is it one
of Dom's frames? I scratch built mine using muffler tube. There are some
pictures in the gallery. I'm fortunate to have the use of an oxy
acetylene outfit.

Thanks again.

John Lewis
