Thanks for taking the time to come up and post Phil. Great to see you
piling on the miles too.

Top Tube: I haven't tried a top tube but I fitted two idlers to manage
the chain. I think it may be visible in photo. Look in photo section
John's Bike. Can't remember what I put there now. I'll have to look
into your solution.

I'd be interested in some pictures of your pannier mounts. At present
I hang a bag off the back of the seat. Not really what I want.

Equal size wheels: I was thinking twin 26" but there wouldn't be
anything wrong with 20" if you are shorter.

My B'tec is a bit too high for me (I need to lower the seat) but I
have gotten used to it.
