It does have all it's parts, and those that I would like changed I have so I
think I will try a bike shop, thanks.

Is it a short wheel base or long wheel base? Does it have all its
parts? or is it just a frame and fork? If you are just replacing
bicycle parts wheels, tires, pedels, chain, cables... a bike shop
should be able to help you. Odd parts like a recumbent seat or some of
the stearing set-ups can be harder to find. You can post an image and
probably find someone who knows the frame type.
