That's kinda the way mine is bent. I actually had the tube and cut it at the
appropriate spot and mitered the ends and tig welded them back together. I then
drilled the head tube thru using my boring head in my milling machine. I am sure
you could do the same thing with the drill press and a good jig and a quality
hole saw. If you pay someone to tig it back together that knows what they are
doing you could pretty much put the bend wherever you want to. That is as long
as it will work out with your planned placement of the crankset and fork
,brakes,etc...
as you might imagine, my bentech is just loosely based on the bentech plans.....
