Hi;
On my Bentech I had a similar problem. I ended up placing the top idler wheel
back farther, right under the seat, so that it holds the chain off the frame.
See the attached photo...
Hope that helps, it solved my problem. The chain is off the frame and it's
much smoother & quieter.
