Burke,
I have this problem if I'm in my smallest gear up front (32t). I don't
use this gear combo very offen. What about you, is it only smallest
gear or all gears? I added a plastic protector from Nashbar.
If all gears check your chain length, maybe you can take out a link or
2. or you can add an idler wheel on the chainstay to lift chain up
