Hello-
If you call a 7 day, 500 mile, middle of summer ride across the state of Iowa
touring, then I've been touring the last 6 years. I'm talking about RAGBRAI- the
largest (10-20,000) unorganized bike ride in the world. 'Bents used to be scarce
but now they're everywhere. The team I'm on- TeamSchmoooze- used to be 8:1
wedgies. Now there are more 'bents on the team then wedgies. Everybody sees the
benefits. RAGBRAI is a great 1st tour. There's tons of support and everyone's
friendly. I ride a 20/26 SWB OSS 'bent and have no problems. Others on the team
ride LWB and have no problems. I guess it's personal preference.

I weigh 260lbs+ (lot for long). I imagine the Bentech could be
modified to use bigger tubes to accomodate the increased wieght, correct?
