Hello group members. I'm after some info.

Is there a welder/fabricator in the UK who can bend and weld a frame
together for me?

I know its possible to get certain Kit Car chassis (Lowcost) welded
up by guys who know all the loopholes, so you are guaranteed a good
job.

I see it is possible to import a welded frame from USA but I would
rather keep things local.

try asking around the local muffler shops.. they have tools to do the bending and welding.. ... frame ... welded ... good...
