I appreciate your moderation efforts! It's hard work I know as I own a
bunch of yahoo groups myself. I usually ban and delete that keeps my
groups clean for new members but personally I accept which ever you

Maybe they don't see the irony! Well as long as they keep spamming us
I'll keep banning them.

As a rule do you want me to continue to delete the original posts
when they are as I have been doing? I have added a footnote to the
welcome message to make new members aware of our attitude towards
spam I know it won't stop them but they can't complain when they are
banned.

If anyone has any other suggestions lets have them posted to the
group (unless that counts as spam) ;-)
